Pre-Application Letter
Before submitting a complete proposal, applicants must send a brief letter of inquiry, VIA E-MAIL, describing the organization or project for which support is sought. The pre-application letter is not an optional step; please do not send a full proposal. Due to the volume of requests and budgetary limitations, we unfortunately have to decline most submissions. If we decide to move forward with your organization's proposal, we will contact you for more information within twelve weeks. We are not able to provide updates or feedback on initial submissions.
Full Proposals
If you are invited to submit a full proposal, you will be asked to furnish, VIA E-MAIL, the following information:

-
A succinct narrative that describes your organization, outlines the issue or problem your organization or project is addressing, explains in specific terms your goals and strategies, and tells who will be performing the work. The narrative should explain how you evaluate the effectiveness of your organization or how you plan to evaluate the success of the proposed project.
-
The amount requested
·
-
An organizational budget and, if requesting support for a project, a separate project budget.
-
Information about other financial support received or expected support.
-
A copy of your organization’s IRS 501(c)(3) notification letter
